Weightlifting/Workout
Every 2 minutes, for 18 minutes (3 sets of each):
Station 1 – 6 Unbroken Shoulder to Overhead + 10 Burpees Over the Bar
Station 2 – 9 Unbroken Power Cleans + 10 Burpees Over the bar
Station 3 – 12 Unbroken Front Squats + 10 Burpees Over the Bar
