Station 1 – 5 Power Cleans (Heavy, Touch and Go)
Station 2 – Sprint: 100 Meter Run or 150 Meter Row
Station 3 – 8 Front Squats
Station 4 – 10 Meter HS Walk o 20 HS Shoulder Taps
