“Rabbit’s Delight”
Complete as many repetitions as you can, in partners of:
Thrusters (45/33 lb)
KB Swings (53/35 lbs)
Wall Ball (20/14 lb)
Box Jumps (24″/20″)
While Partner 1 runs 400 meters, partner 2 does as many reps as possible of a movement. Then switch.
Each partner has to go through every movement and run four times.
