Strength/Workout
Every 5 minutes, for 30 minutes (6 sets) of:
Back Squat
*Set 1 – 5 reps
*Set 2 – 4 reps
*Set 3 – 3 reps
*Set 4 – 2 reps
*Set 5 – 1 rep
*Set 6 – 10 reps
After each set of Back Squat:
20 Box Jump Overs (24″/20″)
10 Burpees
