Every 5 minutes, for 30 minutes:
Deadlift
*Set 1 – 10 reps
*Set 2 – 10 reps
*Set 3 – 8 reps
*Set 4 – 8 reps
*Set 5 – 6 reps
*Set 6 – 4 reps
After each set of Deadlift, complete:
15 Pull-ups
30 Farmer´s Walking Lunges
Core Challenge Day 8
Four sets of:
10 Hollow Rocks
10 Superman Rocks
30 Russian Twists (25/15 lbs)
