Workout
In teams of three, perform as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
Station 1 – 20 Push-Ups
Station 2 – 20 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
Station 3 – Rest
(Coach´s Notes: only one member working at each station at any one time)

Midline
Three rounds of:
20 Weighted Sit ups
10 Hollow Rocks + 30 second Hollow Hold
10 Back extensions + 30 second Superman Hold
30 second One Arm Overhead Hold Right
30 second One Arm Overhead Hold Left
